The GreatJob is a unique placement programme designed by Opal wherein career aspirants registered under the programme are screened using international tests. All candidates are interviewed by Opal’s consultants/ affiliates either in person or telephonically or through teleconferencing, chat, etc. and short-listed candidates are provided an Opportunity to meet at least 3 Employers during the Registration period. The interviews could be at the Offices of the clients or Opal or at third-party locations such as Expos, Business centers, etc. Every applicant will receive a response from OPAL.

the same by courier or collect the
application kit from Opal’s offices
in Chembur and Nariman Point, Mumbai.
Resume in any other format will not be
accepted.

Fill – up Personal Data Form (PDF) and attach relevant copies of testimonials

Pay a consolidated fee of
Rs.2625/-
OR

Pay
Rs.525/- towards Registration Fee and an additional
Rs.2625/- on successful placement.
OR

Pay
Nil on submission of PDF, Rs.525/- on being short listed for the first interview with prospective employer and
Rs.3150/- on successful placement.

Deliver docket and proof of payment to Opal.

If documents are in order, candidate will receive communication of registration within 2-3 weeks.

Opal may reject registration without assigning any reason. Registration fee will be refunded within 4 weeks from the date of rejection.
What
happens after I register?

Applications of registered candidates closely matching the profile of vacant positions will be given priority in the selection process.

Short – listed candidates will be required to appear for Personality Profile and / or IQ Tests. These tests are normally administered through computers. Those not familiar with computers will be administered the tests manually.

Preliminary interviews will be conducted by Opal and its affiliates at all the centers / major metros.

Short – listed candidates will be nominated to meet at least
3 employers during the validity of the Registration period. (Opal conducts Job Expos as well as structured interviews on behalf of Corporate clients)

Selected candidates may be offered in – principle letter of appointment or called for a final interview on a mutually convenient day at the client’s / Opal’s office.

If selected a formal Letter of Appointment will be issued by the client.

Candidates not short-listed or selected will be nominated to attend other interviews during the registration period.

Registration is valid for a period of 12 months.
